BAHAN;
  1. - 160 tenderloin
  2. - 10 gram mustard
  3. - garam secukupnya
  4. - merica secukupnya
  5. - tenderizer secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT;
  1. - bumbui tenderloin dengan mustard, tenderizer, garam dan merica secukupnya
  2. - masukkan kedalam pendingin dan diamkan selama 20 menit
